California Vacation - part III "the condo search"

One of the other things we wanted to do on this trip was look for a condo to buy. The plan is to go in with Steven as an investment and rent it out. We didn't have as much time to look around as we had hoped but we did spend one day to check out a couple in the NoHo (North Hollywood) Arts District.

Found this one that we liked alot.




The condos are brand new, very affordable and within walking distance to many of the NoHo attractions. seriously considering buying it. just need to sell our property in South Carolina first.
