Went to Chicago for a family wedding. My cousin's daughter was getting married.
We left early and got into Chicago at 2pm. The reception wasn't until 6:00 so we had a little time to kill. We were staying at the LaQuinta which was just around the corner from where the reception was being held. walking distance. it was perfect. anyway, we decided to walk around the city a little and made our way to the Bean.

got back to the hotel in time for a few cocktails and then leave for the wedding.

The reception was held at South Branch which is a bar and grill located in the business district. on the weekends they rent the place out for weddings and special events.

after dinner the party moved outdoor onto the balcony. the restaurant is right on the Chicago River and the whole place was just beautiful.
