Day off and errand day.
rain, rain go away which doesn't look like it will for several days.
went to the library to reactivate my library card. it's been so long since I've been but now that I've been reading more thanks to all my idle time up north I'm running out of books.
The Scrapbook Emporium is closing after 11 years.
I stopped in to see if they had anything left after starting their "going out of business sale" the day before. which I heard was nuts. there was a line wrapped around the store 1/2 hour before they opened. I was able to pick up a couple of sketchbooks. I was surprised that there were any left, but then again, yesterday they were only 15% off and today they were 30% off. I really wanted to check out some of the store fixtures and see if there was anything that I could use. Not that I have room for anything but maybe one of their chairs would be good. they were taking bids for all the fixtures and I didn't feel like dealing with it so nothing.
